About Us

In late 2020 our founder took his first step into the world of custom mechanical keyboards and finally built his own. After experiencing his first custom hands-on, something that was thought of as merely a novelty, quickly became a passion and joy that he wanted to share with others. Seeing friends and family's faces light up as they were able to experience their first custom hands on was such a rewarding and fulfilling experience.

Our humble beginnings started out of a home office where our founder would introduce and guide newcomers through the vast selection of different options and combinations possible for their first custom. Over the next year of building customs, expanding his knowledge and collection, and chasing his end game build, our founder was surprised by the lack of options in plate foam available to public.

On the market there are not many companies that sell plate foam gaskets by itself, and almost all plate foams are made of cheaper materials such as PVC foam or neoprene foam. An idea began to form “What if we use a more premium material such as silicone rubber?” Currently on the market there are few cases that do offer silicone plate gaskets and they are mainly proprietary to those specific cases.

After months of research, many failed attempts, our founder finally was able to create a silicone gasket just how he imagined they would be.
